Counselling Expert
The role of a Student Counsellor is to provide support and guidance to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings. This involves developing and implementing a comprehensive educational and counselling plan that fosters equal opportunity practices and encourages student association.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a holistic education plan that incorporates modern methods of teaching and mentoring.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect for cultural or societal differences.
• Conduct group or individual counselling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns.
• Evaluate student progress and reinforce a sense of accomplishment.
• Identify behavioural problems or at-risk students and take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure student success.
Requirements:
• A Master's degree in psychology or guidance counselling.
• At least 2-5 years of experience as a student counsellor.
• Proven experience as a guidance counsellor or teacher.
• Integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
