Role Description
The Counsellor role at BNPS International is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Counsellor is responsible for providing unparalleled end-to-end career counselling to students seeking education abroad. The Counsellor will engage students in one-on-one conversations to provide them with guidance on admissions processes, funding opportunities, and other necessary details. The Counsellor will work closely with other team members to maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements, study abroad opportunities, and other relevant information to provide students with comprehensive career support.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, education, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of career counseling or higher education
• A demonstrated ability to engage in empathetic, open-minded, and inclusive conversations with students
• A comprehensive understanding of the college admissions process and scholarship and funding opportunities
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
• An ability to work well independently and with a team
