Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
Counsel and convert inquiries into successful admissions
Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads until closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Communicate with students through calls, emails, and messages
Perform cold calling and lead generation activities when required
Maintain accurate records in CRM/systems
Follow defined organizational processes and procedures
Build strong relationships with students and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1+ year of experience in educational counselling or sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
