POSITION : Counsellor
LEVEL : Officer/ Senior Officer
REPORTING TO : Project Head / DPH
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To call aspirants before & after they get placed.
2. To counsel the aspirants from the start of their job till the aspirants complete at least 1 year in job. This could be over 4-6 telephonic contacts.
3. To stay connected with the aspirants and handhold them for the ups & downs of their career path.
4.To re-connect with aspirants who lose their job and liaise with the placements team to find an alternate best-suited job for the aspirants.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Any graduate. (Social Work degree preferred)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Smart fresher or minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience required
AGE
22-35 years
WORK SKILLS
-Strong leadership skills including the ability to be persuasive and influential
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve the intervention’s goals.
ATTRIBUTES
Organized, team player, relationship builder, assertive, approachable, self-motivated, problem solving attitude.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
NATURE OF JOB : Permanent on payroll/Contract
LOCATION : Head Office and Unnati centres.
HOURS OF WORK : 8 hours 6 days a week

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Mumbai - 4000, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
