Core Fertility Specialist: at center level

Desired qualifications & Skills:
BHMS, BAMS
Only Female Candidates with age limit 23-40 years.
Preferably: 1 year experience in Gynecology, even fresher’s would do
Language: English and the local language (where the center is located).
Computer Savvy (Word, Excel)
SCOPE OF WORK:
Responsible for clinical follow up of all patients recruited by the mother center. This shall include all pre and post registration activities for a direct patient, web, MI patient. Responsible for co-ordination of post-registration clinical activities for all FCC patients where existent.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE:
1) Ensure smooth workflow at center.
2) Training and supervision of nurses and clinic boys at the mother center.
3) Ensure proper record keeping with respect to patient files.
4) Ensure embryology laboratory and IVF OT cleaning as per SOP (with the help of andrology technician and nurse).
5) Assist with PNDT registration and compliance (maintaining ultrasound registers, filling requisite forms, timely submission of records to PNDT office etc).
6) Giving appointments for all patients for consultation with the CFS.
