Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Concession Manager to join our team at a leading luxury wellbeing store in iconic London. The ideal candidate will have a flair for delivering exceptional customer service, a love for luxury and wellbeing, and a desire to enhance our guests' wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the overall counter sales, team, and merchandising, ensuring a world-class guest experience at all times.
Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest wellbeing and luxury retail experience.
Work 4 days a week, including a variety of shifts, providing flexibility and a chance to engage with a diverse customer base.
Requirements:
Demonstrated sales experience with a keen understanding of customer service in a luxury retail environment.
A genuine passion for luxury and wellbeing products, with the ability to convey this passion to customers.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, to ensure coverage during peak business hours.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our guests.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales and customer service excellence.
A genuine interest in wellbeing products and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience in this space.
Salary and Benefits:
£27,800 per annum
