Job Description
We are looking for smart energetic Counter Sales / Retail Store Executive for our retail store cum clinic. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase store growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Responsibilities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Achieve store sales targets.
• Maintain outstanding store and visual merchandising standards. Maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain Inventory and Manage pointofsale processes (Billing).
• Keep up to date with product information and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Calling up customers from previous data and lining up patients for Doctor consultation.
• Cash handling and daily depositing cash to bank.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience in retail sales and confident of achieving sales targets.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Good communication skills.
• Quick learner.
• Must possess basic store administration skills.
• Should have previous store cash handling experience.
• Flexible to work anywhere in Kolkata & Howrah
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
