· Handle customers, architects/ designers at the showroom and offer them complete tile solutions as per their need.
· Punch in sales, samples on a day-to-day basis to avoid any time lag between receipt and execution.
· Coordinating with sales team for sending mailers to clients, catalogues availability, material dispatch.
· To receive phone calls from the clients and offer resolution to their enquiries and give assistance to finalize their aspiration into orders.
· Preparation of Quotation on same day basis & maintaining track of the Quotations.
· To respond quickly by providing final quotes and solutions for the design options suggest alternatives and availability of materials and time of delivery to the customers.
· To co-ordinate with the warehouse, on availability of materials and mode of transport, inform the clients on the delivery schedule.
· To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report, including source of business trends and enquiry conversion rates.
· Handling customer queries/complaints and resolving the issues to total customer satisfaction.
· Maintain all type of pricelists.
· To monitor collections from the clients strictly as per the company defined policy towards the customer’s credit or specific agreement and be result oriented in collection.
Key Skills
- Good command over Excel, Good communication skills.
- Good Presentation Skills.
- Previous experience of working with architects/designers is preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
