Our Counter Sales are the face of ROBINSON and are known for building relationships, product knowledge, and great customer service.
We’re looking for individuals who are product experts, understand how to deliver outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a team environment.
What you will do:
Contribute to the success of the branch by using each interaction to build and grow lasting customer relationships
Provide expert advice on products, services, pricing and promotions
Assist with inventory checks, stock shelves, and help maintain a safe and clean warehouse
Learn and grow in your career, whether through product knowledge or technical skills
About You:
You can connect with customers and deliver on what makes ROBINSON the go-to supplier
You bring a solid understanding of plumbing products and prior experience working in a similar role
You are motivated and able to quickly shift priorities between the counter and in the warehouse
You can learn and navigate through various computer systems and applications

Your starting pay will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role, with opportunities to earn more as you grow and develop with us. Your salary will be supplemented with monthly bonus opportunities, annual profit share, wellness days, RRSP program and a generous benefits package.
