Job Title/Designation: Counter Sales Executive (F&B)
Band: Associate
Reports to: Outlets Manager
CTC: 17,300 pm
Job Purpose: To support the sales of the outlets
Key Accountabilities:
Setting up the outlet at the start of the morning shiftTake opening inventoryCoordinate with the central kitchen for inventoryCoordinate with walk-in clientsSupport customers on queries regarding products and pricingProvide on-call support to clients connecting on outlet phonePacking orders received by online delivery portalUpdating order details on the portalKeeping track of sales on system/excel Keeping a track of daily wastageSupporting the outlet manager with required data (wastage and inventory)

People skills like collaboration, effective communication, emotional intelligenceCommunication (English) (Verbal and written)Basic ExcelEducation & Experience: Graduate, 0 - 2 years of experience
