Counter Sales Executive
Job Location:
MG Road, Pune
Experience Required: 1-5 years (Counter Sales Experience)
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate
Responsibilities:
• Should assist the customers at the counter with their queries and at the same time provide them with the resolution effectively
• Should ask questions and provide relevant information to the customers
• Must treat all the customers with respect and courtesy.
• Should mention each and every record in the computer including customer details and customer orders, pricing, quotations and should be able to retrieve it whenever needed.
• Need to follow up on the orders which the customer makes
• Should also update the product details with any of the resources working in a continuous manner.
• Keep yourself updated with the product inventory and its functionality.
• Communicate effectively with the customers regarding any relevant procedures and policies which might be beneficial to them.
• Checking the store inventory and reporting it to the Sales Manager.
• Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the space is clean and tidy all the time.
• Processing customer's payments in the form of cash or card.
• Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the organization.
• Reporting any mishaps and accidents to the Store Manager.
• Performing daily inspection of store and inventory room.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Counter Sales, Sales Representative, or a similar role in the Sales industry
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools and other retail software
• Good ability to explain the product to the clients
Responsibilities
• Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) : Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Customer Focus : Ability to clearly understand customer needs and follow them. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs. Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
• Problem solving skills : Effective handling of customers' grievances and complaints by investigating the issue, addressing the concerned team and providing appropriate solutions to the customer for the same. Effective problem solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned. Ability to approach problems logically and rationally. Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and deescalation skills. Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
• Proven 02 years experience as Customer Support Executive or similar role
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
Salary:
₹15,000.00 - ₹25,811.00 per month
