JKJ Jewellers is looking to hire Counter Sales Executives for their Jaipur location.
Responsibilities
• Greeting customers as and when they enter the store.
• Understanding the customers' requirements and specifications.
• Solving all the customer's complaints and issues about the Jewellery products
• Making sure the customer is satisfied with the products they bought.
• Maintaining a strong relationship with new customers in the community.
• Updating customer's information in the database for future reference.
• Checking the store inventory and reporting it to the Sales /Store Manager.
• Offering excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the space is clean and tidy all the time.
• Processing customer's payments in the form of cash or card/UPI Payment.
• Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the organization.
• Reporting any mishaps and accidents to the Store Manager.
• Performing daily inspection of Inventory.
Requirements
• At-least Graduate Degree
• Proven work experience as a Counter Sales in Retail industry.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Good ability to explain the product to the clients.
• A presentable and attractive individual.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work under minimal or zero supervision.
• Ability to solve customers' problems promptly.
• Ability to offer outstanding customer service.
• Quick decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• A detailed and customer-oriented individual.
• Strong work ethics and ability to multi task
