Job Title/Designation: Counter Sales Executive (F&B) • Band: Associate • Reports to: Outlets Manager • CTC: 17,300 pm • Job Purpose: To support the sales of the outlets • Key Accountabilities: - Setting up the outlet at the start of the morning shift - Take opening inventory - Coordinate with the central kitchen for inventory - Coordinate with walk-in clients - Support customers on queries regarding products and pricing - Provide on-call support to clients connecting on outlet phone - Packing orders received by online delivery portal - Updating order details on the portal - Keeping track of sales on system/excel Keeping a track of daily wastage - Supporting the outlet manager with required data (wastage and inventory) • Job Requirements: - People skills like collaboration, effective communication, emotional intelligence - Communication (English) (Verbal and written) - Basic Excel - Education & Experience: Graduate, 0 - 2 years of experience • About Workverse: Workverse is India's leading recruitment and skill development platform trusted by 100+ leading startups. • Job Types: Full-time, Fresher • Salary: ₹17,300.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Greater Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400050, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) • Experience: - total work: 1 year (required) - Sales: 1 year (required
