Job Title/Designation:
Counter Sales Executive (F&B)

Reports to:
Outlets Manager

CTC: 17,300 pm

Job Purpose:
To support the sales of the outlets

Key Accountabilities:
• Setting up the outlet at the start of the morning shift
• Take opening inventory
• Coordinate with the central kitchen for inventory
• Coordinate with walkin clients
• Support customers on queries regarding products and pricing
• Provide oncall support to clients connecting on outlet phone
• Packing orders received by online delivery portal
• Updating order details on the portal
• Keeping track of sales on system/excel Keeping a track of daily wastage
• Supporting the outlet manager with required data (wastage and inventory)

Job Requirements:
• People skills like collaboration, effective communication, emotional intelligence
• Communication (English) (Verbal and written)
• Basic Excel
• Education & Experience: Graduate, 0 2 years of experience
