About the internship We're building a new business line and are expanding its operations, and we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as hospital onboarding interns. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations team by efficiently handling and inputting data. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Note: Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Preparing a list of target hospitals to onboard 2. Scheduling & conducting training sessions for the hospitals that have been aligned for the process 3. Monitoring of daily progress of newly onboarded hospitals and ensuring compliance with the daily process. 4. Contracting hospitals that are presently inactive and reactivating them 5. On-site and off-site coordination - Working closely with hospital teams to facilitate and coordinate the instant discharge process 6. Addressing any operational challenges promptly, working closely with the team to find effective solutions 7. Providing insights and recommendations for process improvements Skill(s) required Effective Communication MS-Excel Earn certifications in these skills Learn MS-Excel Learn Business Communication Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. have relevant skills and interests Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
