2. Handling customer queries & warranties.
3. Managing the admin staff under him/her.
4. Supporting marketing team.
5. Acquiring more product knowledge and information.
6. Ensuring the store VM is maintained.
7. Stay updated with product launches and understand the features to facilitate purchases.
8. Rapport building with customers.
He/She must be an excellent learner.
An adventure lover is always welcome and if a motorcyclist, will be an added advantage.
Good/Excellent communication skills.
A community-oriented (helping) mindset.
Experience in the retail industry.
We are open to hiring complete freshers also, given he/she is keen to work in retail industry
