Job Title: Counter Sales Person
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Sales Person to join our team. As a Counter Sales Person, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our products.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively and offer appropriate recommendations.
Confirm customer orders via WhatsApp, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Generate and send bills to customers promptly.
Coordinate with the courier service to arrange delivery of customer orders. Provide necessary information and documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Send receipts to customers as proof of purchase.
Utilize mapping tools to determine the distance and location of customers for efficient delivery planning and scheduling.
Maintain a record of customer complaints, feedback, and special requests. Communicate these to the relevant departments to improve customer experience and meet their specific needs.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
