• Get a first had feel of customer requirement, understand it thoroughly and have the ability to translate it into smooth sales ‘without pushing the sale’.
• Have the ability to pitch other product line.
• Must-have excellent knowledge of Tally accounting software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Konkani and Hindi.
