Job Responsibilities
Welcome & direct customersProvide accurate information on our Jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)Answer customers’ questions about specific products/servicesConduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasingCross-sell products within the storeEnsure display & VM are fully stockedManage returns of merchandiseService our Loyalty Program ClientsPromote Saving Programs to all walk-in clientsCoordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)Inform customers about discounts and special offersProvide customer feedback to the Store ManagerStay up-to-date with new products/services
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in JewelleryProven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar roleUnderstanding of the retail sales processFamiliarity with consumer behavior principlesFollowup with Walk-in clients for closure of salesKnowledge of inventory stocking proceduresTrack record of achieving sales quotasExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environments
