Job Title/Designation: Counter Sales Executive (F&B)
Band: Associate
Reports to: Outlets Manager
CTC: 17,300 pm
Job Purpose: To support the sales of the outlets
Key Accountabilities:
Setting up the outlet at the start of the morning shift
Take opening inventory
Coordinate with the central kitchen for inventory
Coordinate with walk-in clients
Support customers on queries regarding products and pricing
Provide on-call support to clients connecting on outlet phone
Packing orders received by online delivery portal
Updating order details on the portal
Keeping track of sales on system/excel Keeping a track of daily wastage
Supporting the outlet manager with required data (wastage and inventory)
Job Requirements:
People skills like collaboration, effective communication, emotional intelligence
Communication (English) (Verbal and written)
Basic Excel
Education & Experience: Graduate, 0 - 2 years of experience
