About the role

We now have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Counter Sales Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations. This role would ideally suit someone who enjoys variety delivering both administration support and customer service at our front counter!

Our team is supportive, friendly, and thrives on collaboration and as the Counter Sales Assistant you will provide essential administrative and data entry support to the team and Office Manager, helping ensure the efficient operation of the sales department and also being a friendly face at our counter!

What does my day to day look like?

Processing daily sales orders and complete all dispatch documentation.

Processing daily invoicing and assist to ensure sales orders are ready to be invoiced.

Meeting and greeting our customers, providing exceptional customer service on our front counter

Assisting the service team with credit claim processing

End of month KPI reconciliations.

Maintain and update customer / product data base.

Maintain an effective filing system.

Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely sales orders and deliveries.

Assist our service team to deliver excellent customer service.

What you will bring to the role:

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Good computer literacy skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

High accuracy of data entry and data management.

Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service

Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude

Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems would be beneficial but not essential.
