Job Details:
Garden Retreat Landscape looking for Smart, Young & Pleasing candidate (Female only) for Counter Sales Girl for natural plant's showroom at Emami Market, near Exide more, Kolkata. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase store growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Achieve store sales targets.
• Maintain outstanding store and visual merchandising standards. Maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain Inventory and Manage point-of-sale processes (Billing).
• Keep up to date with product information and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Calling up customers & Lead development of various gardening & landscaping products.
• Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve satisfaction.
We are looking for smart, young & pleasing candidate who has interest or knowledge about Gardening plants, products & services.
Skills Requirements :
• Smart, Young & Pleasing personality
• Good in spoken Hindi & English
• Ability to adapt and respond to difficult questions and issues
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven working experience in retail sales and confident of achieving sales targets.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Quick learner.
• Must possess basic store administration skills.
