Designation: Counter Sales in LIGITING INDUSTRY FOR (JAQUAR)
Required Competencies:
Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering
(Sales & Marketing)
Knowledge and skills required:
Computer proficiency-(Ex-MS Office / ERP and Webmail), Sensible and wise to understand the situation. Written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi and local language. Prefer knowledge of Metrics conversion. Should possess valid Driving License (Two wheeler).
Experience: 3 To 5 Years of experience
Male / Female: Age between 25 to 40 years
No. of positions: 1 nos.
Demand of the Job: Mentally, medically healthy and fit to perform the assigned job.
Overview: Supporting profitable growth in sales Revenue and target achievements.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via telephone calls and emails.
• Attending walk in customers & follow customer focused etiquette.
• Product labeling and rearranging display by time to time.
• Certify the delivery to customers.
• Generate quotes and Invoices.
• Issue warranty certificates.
• Manage complete billing cycle.
• Assist / explain the customer about the product and value.
• Be a Value seller (Target oriented).
• Responding to enquiries.
• Input future buying and selling trends to management.
• Stock verification and making Local Purchase Orders.
• Negotiating Payment and pricing.(with walk in customer)
• Follow-up on business leads and referrals.
• Obtain approvals for reductions or discounts from Sales manager.
• Represent organization at Trade exhibitions.
• Developing Repeat sales to the existing / old customer.
• Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing customers.
• Understand and respond to customer needs.
• Complete knowledge of products and sales cycle techniques.
• Manage Cold calling/Generating Enquiries/handling customer complaints.
• Cordially initiate yourself with your customer Delivery / Warehouse department.
• Maintenance of records, Invoices/Tally Card / Delivery materials / booked order/Order follow-ups/Payment details/Lorry Receipts/Invoices/Cash/ Cheque.
• Manual and electronic records generated are kept up-to-date and accurate.
• Offer company services to customers ( 3D designing /site visits /Installations).
• Brief about Consignee and Consignor Lorry Receipts (LR) Along with Invoices to customers and Sr Sales Manager.
• Payment collection before dispatch.
• Obtain the transit details/freight vouchers.
• Follow standard services without deviation.
• Update customers about the changes in the Price list and new product launches.
• Meeting Architect.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
