Job Profile
• Responsibilities include taking orders, answering questions relating to the order, receiving payment and executing the order.
• Answer customers questions about specific products/services
• Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after sales services)
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including receipt of payment for goods received from customers.
• Should assist the customers at the counter with their queries and at the same time provide them with the resolution effectively.
• Must check the quality and quantity of the product which is brought into the warehouse need to verify it depending on the order made initially.
• Achieving sales target.
• Inform customer about discounts and specific promotions.
• Stock keeping & Management.
(b) Requirement & Qualification.
• Experience in the personal care industry preferred.
• Open for travel to all locations in Mumbai
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Must treat all the customers with respect and courtesy.
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
• Overall a person who likes selling.
• About 2 years' experience will help.
Salary:
₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Flexible shift
• Weekend availability
