Responsibilities:
• Customer Service

• Floor maintenance
Customer Service:
Ø Provide speedy & effective Customer Service.
Ø Following all service standards laid down.
Ø Serving the customer to their satisfaction
Ø Ensuring customer feedback forms are collected on a daily basis
Ø In case of complaining customers, taking suitable action to solve the complaints
Ø Keeping the Café Manager informed of all the complaints
Ø Responsible for table turnover
Ø Constantly employing suggestive selling practices to make the customers aware
Ø Ensuring that the customer feedback forms are filled & collecting them on a daily basis
Café Opening Duties:
Ø Setting up the counter for the days operation
Ø Receipt city store items like coffee beans, cold coffee mix, cups & stationery
Ø Cleanliness of the Café interiors, exterior & servery
Salary:
₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
