• Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Counter Sales/Showroom Sales/Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
- Handle sales transactions, including cash handling and billing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Provide product information and answer customer queries.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Participate in promotional activities and sales events.
• Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and sales techniques.
- Flexible to work on weekends and holidays, if required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
• Experience:
- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
