Role Description
This is a part-& full time on-site role for Counter Staff at our Mumbai location. The Counter Staff will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness at the service area, restocking products, and handling customer inquiries related to our bakery items. The Counter Staff will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation and delivery.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Hospitality
Knowledge of Food & Beverage handling and service
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in a bakery, café, or similar setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
