Responsibilities:

• Assist top management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities of Talent Assessment and Talent Development
• Responsible for managing several key areas within the HR function, such as talent development, inclusion, talent acquisition, employee/labour relations, compensation, training and development, driver safety, disability, and worker’s compensation.
• May manage HR function for a business unit or line of business.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Evaluate training programs

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related area.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR Generalist / Business Partnering experience.

• MBA or MA Human Resources or Industrial Relations preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environment
