In this role you work closely with the Leadership team in India, and other key stakeholders globally to ensure the effective delivery of the People Strategy and priorities for India.

Develop and coordinate the policies and activities, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the strategy for India.

Support leadership teams globally across Central Business areas as a People Partner.

Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for developing HR strategies and providing advice to senior leadership on all related subjects
• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes and initiatives to support HR compliance and strategy needs.
• Administration of human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations;

performance and talent management; recognition, engagement; occupational health and safety; and development at the Country level.

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

Develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management across the Businesses in India including Joint Ventures.
• Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communication.
• As People Partner develop a sound understanding of the business area / s and works with the business leadership teams to agree the People Plan

Key Skills and Experience
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required with relevant experience in Human resource
• Should have worked in a multinational / multicultural environment and of working globally. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Experience leading and implementing talent system strategies to deliver people strategy
• Broad knowledge of the HR function and its capability to support business objectives
• Well-developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing skills and senior leadership levels and across functions
• Continual commitment to personal learning, demonstrated ability to build on learning and share within the broader HR function
