Premier Seeds Ltd is a vital member of the Bejo group. The business has experienced sustained growth over its 20 years of operation. Headquartered in Auckland, our administrative office serves as the hub for our operations in the country. With a team of dedicated sales professionals, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Our existing Country Manager is relocating to The Netherlands to take up a senior role within the wider Bejo business. Therefore, to support the team and to develop opportunities in the market, we are looking for an inspiring Country Manager who will report to the Australian based General Manager ANZ.
POSITION INTRODUCTION
As the Country Manager, you are responsible for all operations of Premier Seeds Ltd. Working in alignment with our strategic plan Focus 2030, you translate the global vision into actionable plans tailored for the New Zealand market. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth and seamless sales operations while motivating your team and fostering a culture of openness.
We're seeking a dynamic leader who can not only implement our strategy but also inspire and mentor our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Collaboration is key, and you work closely with our international colleagues in the Americas, Oceania, and The Netherlands to drive the company's development forward. Furthermore, you will lead the relationships and commercial arrangements of our key strategic 3rd party supply partners.
