We are looking to hire a Country Manager Sales for India to strengthen our foot prints in the country and continue the amazing year on year growth in the region.
Responsibilities
• Build, coach, motivate & manage a team of Sales Executives & Sales Managers in the country to effectively manage our existing clients as well to procure new customers.
• Self sell to Strategic Accounts & ensure an evident quarter on quarter growth in the respective accounts.
• Ensure to build a healthy sales pipeline to improve the conversions
• Build contacts & network with the key decision makers & deal influencers to increase better sales conversions.
• Be responsible for competitively participating in the RFPs & RFQ for large & Goverment procurements
• Prepare a regional strategy for growth in quarterly as well as annual revenues with both existing as well as new customers.
• Attend industry events, conferences & identify key marketing options for increasing the brand awareness in the region.
• Keep a very close eye on the competition & ensure we continue to build a strong competitive advantage to retain our customers and onboard the new ones.
Qualifications
• Any Graduate from a reputed institution.
• Preferrably An MBA with expertise in Sales & Marketing
• A sharp Sales Person
• A Strong network of contacts in our targetted market
• Excellent communication skills
• A Smart, Young & Dynamic personality
• An amazing team builder & coach
• Open to travel within Mumbai, India & International
• Should have a passport
Remuneration
• The Salary will have a basic fixed component of up to INR 12,00,000 per annum + a variable pay of sales commissions
