SUMMARY
RealPage is looking for a Coupa System Admin to be responsible for configuration within the Coupa Application for the workflow approval flow designs, Chart of Accounts, Content groups, Tax codes, Punch out set ups, catalogues, PO and requisitions, invoicing, receipts and variance tolerances, creating reports and enhancements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify opportunities to leverage Coupa functionalities to improve process efficiencies.
Responsible for managing tickets for access requests, break fixes and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Implement efficient, effective user-friendly processes within Coupa.
Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Review and deploy Coupa Releases, provide variance assessments/impacts, and assist with UAT testing and defect resolutions.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyse requirements and propose solutions that leverage Coupa functionality.
Understanding of Accounting systems and terminology is required as well as the ability to work with Business and other IT teams for integrations.
Develop and implement training for end-users. Create and maintain all training materials and guides for processes related to Coupa.
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance/MIS.
5+ years of experience as Coupa System Admin with at least 2 Coupa Implementations.
Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions.
Coupa Certification preferred.
Knowledge of tools like Azure Dev Ops, Jira etc required.
Integration experience with ERP tools like Oracle Cloud, SAP etc preferred.
Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction.
Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management.
Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
