Job Description
Sahota Transport Limited is looking for multiple Courier Drivers to join its team in the Wellington region. The ideal candidates will be responsible, punctual, and hard working. The role requires travel within the Wellington region, and all travel/fuel cost will be covered by the employer.
Job Responsibility
Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
Follow routes and time schedule to deliver the products on right time at the right place.
Operate a delivery vehicle to deliver the products. Also, inspect it from time-to-time.
Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
Preparation and checking of logs and reports to ensure order delivery
Deliver orders as quickly as possible
Inform customers about new products and services
Safely operate a vehicle in all types of weather conditions
Navigate local streets and highways efficiently using GPS
The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $25 to $30 per hour.
Other important requirements:
Available to work on weekends and start as early as 5:30 am.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide full training.
Must pass drug and ******* tests.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must pass Criminal record check by MOJ.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Must be able to do Heavy Lifting (if required)

Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role.
