About the Role
LawSikho is hiring a dynamic and motivated
Course Anchor / AI Trainer
with a background in
English language training . In this full-time, remote position, you will deliver engaging sessions on
Artificial Intelligence, HR, and Marketing-related topics , create learning content, and support learners in their academic development. You’ll play a key role in shaping the learning experience by designing high-quality training modules, conducting interactive live classes, and evaluating student performance.
Key Responsibilities Deliver live online sessions on AI, HR, and Marketing topics Develop and update training modules, slides, and supplementary materials Write high-quality educational content tailored to learners’ needs Provide regular feedback and academic guidance to students Monitor learner progress and engagement Collaborate with instructional and academic support teams Log daily work and tasks using time-tracking software
Qualifications Background in
English language teaching
or related disciplines Experience in
education, content development, or training delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong presentation and teaching capabilities Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners Proficiency in creating engaging training materials Certification in English teaching or education (preferred) Familiarity and comfort with time-tracking tools
