Bluebells Community Services Inc. is seeking an engaging and organized Course Facilitator / Training Instructor / Learning Coordinator to support in-person and virtual learning programs in Halifax. What You’ll Do
Facilitate instructor-led classes, workshops, and group learning sessions
Guide discussions, activities, and collaborative projects
Support learners with course materials, assignments, and digital tools
Track attendance, participation, and learner progress
Prepare classroom setups and learning resources
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
Communicate progress updates to program coordinators
Follow curriculum guidelines and instructional standards
Assist with assessments and feedback collection
Support continuous improvement of course delivery
What We’re Looking For
Experience in teaching, training, facilitation, or education support preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage diverse learners effectively
Comfortable using digital learning platforms and office software
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage group dynamics professionally
Positive, collaborative, and learner-focused mindset
Post-secondary education or relevant certification considered an asset
