Introduction:
The Court Orders team is primarily responsible for the receipt, analysis, validation and investigative response to comply with legal court orders submitted by issuing authorities through the supply of information or the fulfilment of freezing and restraint orders. All members of the Court Orders team are expected to contribute to each of these areas to ensure that the Bank and PS&I remain compliant with all, legal, regulatory and internal policies and standards.
The primary purpose for this role will be to oversee receipt, analysis and timely response to court orders and other regulatory, judicial and legal documentation and ensure the logging of all requests and support provided on the Case Management System. The role holder will also be required to support wider criminal disruption efforts by identifying emerging threats and links in the court orders requests and ongoing or emerging investigations within the
