Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand as a Court Registry Support Officer. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support, ensure seamless communication, and deliver exceptional customer service to our diverse client base.
Key Activities:
Manage Mail and Records: Process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain accurate records, and perform other related administrative tasks.
Collaborate with Court Staff: Work closely with judges, Court Registry Officers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management and resolution.
Support Jury Service: Coordinate trial logistics, assist jurors, and guarantee the smooth progression of courtroom proceedings.
