Role Overview
We are looking for a Certified Accessibility QA Auditor (IAAP – CPACC / CPWA) to conduct accessibility audits of digital assets (websites, mobile apps, portals) in line with WCAG 2.1 AA, IS 17802:2021 . The role involves identifying accessibility gaps, documenting findings, and supporting remediation for compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform end-to-end accessibility audits of websites and mobile applications
• Evaluate compliance against WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Conduct manual and automated testing (keyboard navigation, screen readers, contrast, ARIA, etc.)
• Identify and document issues with:
• WCAG criterion mapping
• Severity (Critical / High / Medium / Low)
• Impact on users
• Prepare detailed audit reports and compliance summaries
• Provide remediation recommendations and best practices
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
• IAAP Certification: CPACC (mandatory) ; CPWA preferred. Please do not apply if you do not have an IAAP Certificate.
• Strong understanding of:
• WCAG 2.1 AA
• ARIA standards
• Accessibility testing tools (axe, Lighthouse, NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
