Job Description
The Central Processing Unit Logistics team is required to manage all delivery of customer deliverables across the Bank and the process improvement initiatives of CPU. It also requires coordination among various vendors for delivery of customer's kits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaising with CO-product team, Marketing and IT for new implementations / processes through Change Management and upgradation of existing process if any.
• Ensure automation of all Logistics processes
• Responsible for Operational risk, Compliance, Audit and EGRC
• Monitor the courier vendor's performance & responsible for reduction in TAT, complaints and errors
• Process the Logistics department's Service provider bills raised
• Drive financial benefits (cost reduction) through process enhancement
• Responsible for team building, motivation and synergy with other teams for desired outcomes
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduation/ Post- Graduation (MBA preferred)
• Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Ability to manage complex client situations & manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
