Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Craftsman. The role is based in Miami, FL. The Craftsman will perform a variety of tasks including handyman services, home maintenance, minor repairs, remodeling, and modifications tailored to clients’ needs. Responsibilities may also include carrying out senior safety assessments and implementing necessary home safety upgrades for improved accessibility.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in handyman services, including repairs, installation, and general maintenance tasks.
• Experience in home remodeling, bathroom and kitchen renovations, or home modifications.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment required for various home improvement projects.
• Knowledge of senior home safety standards and ability to conduct safety assessments or implement modifications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Physical capability to lift equipment, tools, and materials as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training or certifications in related trades are beneficial.
