Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Crane Mechanic to join our team in Grande Prairie, AB. As a Crane Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing the cranes in our fleet. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our company.

Duties:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on our Cranes.

- Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble, assemble, and repair components

- Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshoot electrical systems

- Perform diagnostics using specialized equipment

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

- Demonstrate a high level of commitment to safety, to yourself and colleagues

- Must be self motivated, work well with minimum supervision

- Must be available 24/7 when on call

- Must be receptive to working with short notice for call outs and overtime

Qualifications:

- Journeyperson HD Mechanic ticket - with Crane Experience

- Proven experience with Tadano & Liebherr Cranes (AT/RT)

- Proven experience of at least 3 years in similar role

- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

- Familiarity with electrical systems and diagnostics

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong customer service skills
