Job Description
Handle a showroom, welcome and greet customer who visits and give proper vehicle knowledge.
· Maintain up-to-date visit/customer database and records in the system
· Cold Calling, Service reminder call, Take appointments and post sale/service feedback calls as per the process.
· Answer calls professionally to provide necessary information about vehicle and services, and obtain details of complaints.
· Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
· Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests/ complaints.
· Escalate unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the concerned for further actions as per the escalation matrix.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
