CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
Furniture Industry
Experience Required: 2–4 years
Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi
Salary: As per Industry Standards
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries related to furniture products, pricing, and orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
• Manage order processing, documentation, and coordination with production and dispatch teams.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Keep records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
• Assist customers with product selection, customization, and service-related queries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support post-sales services.
• Coordinate with internal teams for on-time delivery and updates.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of furniture materials (wood, plywood, veneer, laminates, etc.) is an advantage
• Good email drafting and client-handling skills
• Ability to handle calls and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
• Problem-solving and customer service mindset
