We are seeking skilled and creative freelance photographers and videographers to capture the essence of our hostels located in the picturesque town of Manali. If you have a passion for photography and videography, an eye for detail, and a knack for storytelling, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your talent in stunning settings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos that highlight the unique features, ambiance, and experiences offered by our hostels.
- Showcase the beauty of Manali and its surroundings through captivating imagery, including landscapes, architecture, and local attractions.
- Create visually appealing and compelling content for websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the hostel teams to understand their vision and goals for visual content, ensuring it aligns with their respective brand identities and target audiences.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and maintain a consistent style.
- Manage and organize the digital library of visual assets, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient file management.
- Stay updated with current photography and videography trends, techniques, and equipment to continually improve the quality of our visual content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a freelance photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.
- Excellent knowledge of composition, lighting, color theory, and other technical aspects of photography and videography.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines, while also collaborating effectively with the hostel teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing impactful moments and unique perspectives.
- Knowledge of post-processing techniques and proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively understand and fulfill the visual content requirements of the hostels.
- A passion for travel, storytelling, and the ability to convey emotions and experiences through visual media.
