Job Summary:
• Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Writing:
- Develop creative and original content that reflects the brand’s tone and voice.
- Adapt writing style to suit different platforms, audiences, and business goals.
• Editing & Proofreading:
- Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Edit and proofread materials for grammar, punctuation, and readability.
- Maintain brand guidelines and writing standards across all content.
• Research & Storytelling:
- Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to create informative and engaging content.
- Develop compelling narratives that connect with readers and enhance brand storytelling.
- Stay updated with industry trends to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to align content with visual and brand strategies.
- Manage multiple writing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Revise and improve content based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Requirements: Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or in a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to write in different tones and styles based on audience and platform requirements.
- Excellent research skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
• Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in creative writing or storytelling is an advantage.
