CREATIVE CONTENT + SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

Part-Time | 1–3 Days a Week | Broadmeadow Office | Tiny Tutus + Studio Emporium

Is your Insta feed packed with brand inspo, aesthetic edits and “OMG I love their vibe” saves?
Do you get excited about new AI tools and how they can make life prettier and easier?
Are you ready to turn your TikTok brain and Canva skills into real-world creative work?

We’re Tiny Tutus (preschool ballet magic) and Studio Emporium (dance fashion + concert sparkle); two joy-filled Aussie brands that work across both product and service.
And we’re looking for a creative, capable intern to join our Broadmeadow team.

This isn’t just content creation. This is a hands-on, real-world internship where you’ll learn from experienced marketers, create content that actually goes live, and be a vital part of our office team, jumping in where needed to support other members of our tutu family.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU:

Know your way around Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Love experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, Suno, or whatever’s trending
Have an eye for branding, aesthetics, and cute-but-clever content
Can write in a tone that’s fun, warm, and totally on-brand
Are up for being on-camera (or helping others feel fab doing it)
Are organised enough to help behind the scenes when things get busy
Are studying (or curious about) media, comms, marketing, or digital content
Love being part of a team, helping where needed, and keeping the magic flowing
YOU’LL GET TO:

Create (and maybe star in) Reels, TikToks, Stories, and posts across our brands
Help concept, plan, and post content from “unboxing day” to “pack an order with us”
Use AI tools to brainstorm captions, mock up outfits, or script short-form videos
Learn how social media ads work and how we grow our audience with intention
Pitch in with general office tasks when needed because sparkle takes teamwork
Build your confidence and your portfolio with real campaigns, not fake briefs
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

A paid internship up to 3 days/week
Flexible hours that work around your uni timetable
8am–4pm weekday hours (your nights = your own)
A supportive team that values your energy and ideas
Real mentoring from people building real brands, not just theory
The chance to contribute meaningfully to businesses that make people smile
HOW TO APPLY:

We’re not asking for a corporate cover letter. Just show us you.

Email staff@tinytutus.com.au with the subject:
“Creative Intern Application”

Include:

When you’re available to work
Who’s your favourite superhero
Your fave brand Insta or TikTok account and why you love it
A link to something you’ve made: Reel, Canva post, edit, meme, anything
Bonus (optional but tutu appreciated):
A 15 - 30 sec Reel-style intro of you
OR recreate one of our past posts in your own voice or style
No need for perfection. We’re looking for your vibe, creativity, and spark.
We’re not hiring experience. We’re hiring energy, creativity, and a team player who’s ready to jump in.
You bring the good vibes and we’ll teach you the rest.
