Soléi is a modern jewelry house creating cinematic pieces and stories rooted in craft.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just post, you think, create, spark conversations, and build a world.
You will help shape how Soléi shows up online across all our accounts (brand, founders, BTS, stories, launches).
This role blends creative direction, storytelling, trend instincts, and community building, not just scheduling posts.
If you love jewelry, aesthetics, content creation, and making brands feel alive, you’ll love this.
💛 What You’ll Own
• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Pinterest & LinkedIn.
• Create and experiment with Reels, trending formats, storytelling edits, and cinematic snippets of our process.
• Build monthly content calendars across product, lifestyle, founder-led, BTS, and community-first content.
• Ideate and execute creative campaigns, launch moments, countdowns, and mini brand events (virtual + IRL).
• Film content at our Jaipur factory on selected days (from casting to polishing to packaging).
• Write captions that feel warm, witty, and unmistakably Soléi.
• Engage with our community, replies, DMs, comments, reposts and turn followers into superfans.
• Track performance, spot what’s working, and evolve our content strategy accordingly.
• Maintain Soléi’s aesthetic: clean, cinematic, organic, and emotion-led.

• You have experience managing social channels for brands or creators.
• You can film and edit short-form content on your phone like a pro.
• You understand aesthetics, moodboards, and how to bring a brand’s world to life.
• You’re organized, proactive, and excited to bring 20 ideas to every meeting.
• You love jewelry and craftsmanship.
• You’re comfortable being creative independently and owning your ideas.
• Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are a big plus.
