Your mission
The role of the Commercial Content Writer is to produce compelling content for commercial, marketing, and affiliate campaigns within the Creative Suite for HELLO! & H! Fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Write, commission and edit multi-platform content across HELLO! Weekly and H! Fashion. This includes branded content, affiliate, competitions, newsletters, and social.
Copywrite for Studio H campaigns, HELLO!’s exciting new white-label creative agency.
Ideate original, inspirational content ideas for creative campaign features.
Interview talent and experts for features, when required.
Work closely with editorial and SEO teams in producing compelling, SEO-optimised content that delivers on traffic targets.
Optimise existing content to maximise traffic and click-through.
Be a guardian of the tone of voice, ensuring all written communications effectively showcase the brand and adhere to our high editorial standards.
Proactively generate ideas that can help improve our work and produce better results for clients.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (subeditors, creative directors, SEO, project managers, etc).
Work to timelines when a campaign has booked, adhering to them as strictly as possible, but also allowing for a shift in prioritisation as new bookings come in.

You will be a versatile writer capable of producing a range of content that embodies our brand values and capture our readers’ attention. This is an exciting, varied role, working across multiple projects across our iconic brands
Experience
Significant experience in a similar role
Excellent writing skills preferably in a publishing environment.
A strong understanding of SEO and best practice.
Organised and methodical approach to work.
Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for lifestyle, fashion, beauty and culture, with a finger on the pulse of what’s trending.
Qualifications
A qualification in a relevant subject is desirable, however experience in a similar role is preferred.
