We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer to manage and enhance our LinkedIn presence and digital brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B communication, social media engagement, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Content Creation: Develop engaging posts, thought leadership articles, and company updates to drive brand visibility.
Employer Branding: Create content that showcases company culture, values, and employee experiences.
SEO & Trend Analysis: Research industry trends, hashtags, and keywords to optimize LinkedIn posts for reach and engagement.
Content Strategy: Plan and execute a LinkedIn content calendar aligning with business goals.
Internal & External Communication: Collaborate with leadership and employees to craft compelling narratives.
Analytics & Optimization: Track content performance and refine strategies for better engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, engagement tactics, and B2B audience targeting.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to tone and brand voice.
Ability to work with design teams to create visually appealing content.
Experience in employer branding or corporate communications is a plus.
