About Creative Content Writer
DESCRIPTION
Kypsa is looking for a passionate Creative Content Writer with experience in client communication, marketing, project management and creative writing. The role will focus primarily on supporting our customers from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry in their Scientific Communication to allow the retailers, media, social influencers, and consumers to be able to understand the product science and get inspired to buy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and design marketing campaigns/stories that generate brand awareness
• Curating engaging creative stories (i.e. Videos, PowerPoint slides, FAQs, digital content) to educate retailers, media, shoppers etc.
• Work with the customer's Research & Development (R&D) team to get grounded on the product technology
• Work with the brand team closely to ensure that the stories are aligned with the brand story
• Presenting the stories to our customers to get feedback
• Write content, scripts, long form, short form, e-comm and others (including social media content)
• Get the content converted to visuals, videos and storyboards with the help of the design team
• Market/Category research and analysis; build knowledge about the client's industry with regular research and provide strategic inputs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent writer, thinker and communicator with an open-minded attitude
• Energetic, enthusiastic and loves to be a part of a team.
• Creative with a strong understanding of international communication
• A strong individual contributor as well as a good team player
• Excellent eye for detail and quality
• Have a persuasive and confident approach to a creative project
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Min diploma/degree in Business, Writing and/or Literature
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications/Literature or a related field
• 2+ years of Marketing/Communications experience of professional creative copy and content writing experience with a good portfolio of work
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Digital Advertising experience is preferred
